1. Berdo'a, segala sesuatu akan lebih baik jika kita awali dengan mambaca do'a. Berdo'alah sebelum dan sesudah belajar agar pikiran lebih tenang.

2. Mengubah susunan ruang belajar, suasana yang monoton bisa menjadi salah satu sebab kamu malas belajar. Ada baiknya untuk mengubah letak buku atau meja belajar kamu agar kelihatan lebih fresh.

3. Berganti posisi belajar, kalau biasanya kamu belajar sambil duduk, mungkin patut dicoba untuk berpindah ke ruang lain dan sambil berdiri atau jalan-jalan dengan tetap membaca buku. Namun hindari belajar sambil berbaring karena akan menyebabkan kamu ketiduran.

4. Menyegarkan suasana belajar, rutinitas belajar dapat kamu segarkan dengan menyediakan makanan ringan atau minuman seperti teh atau kopi untuk menyegarkan pikiran. Bisa juga dengan mendengarkan musik dalam volume yang pelan.

5. Menarik nafas panjang, ketika kamu sudah bosan belajar sedangkan tugas dari sekolah masih menumpuk, maka selingilah dengan menarik nafas panjang malalui hidung dan hembuskan lewat mulut. Hal itu akan membuat pikiran kamu segar kembali dan dapat meneruskan belajar.
